Processing & Dispatch
After you place an order, it is prepared for shipment and dispatched as soon as possible. During this stage, your order is confirmed, packed, and handed off to the carrier network.
Tracking becomes active after the carrier scans the package into their system. It’s normal for tracking to show limited updates at first, especially during the initial handoff period.

- Address issues (missing unit number, incorrect ZIP code)

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping update by email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders and search your inbox for the store name.
Common tracking messages
A shipping label has been generated. The package may still be waiting for its first carrier scan.
The package is moving through the carrier network. Updates may not appear at every step.
The package is scheduled to arrive that day based on local carrier routing.
The carrier marked the package as delivered. If you can’t locate it, see the “Delivered but not received” section below.
Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check before checkout
- Full street address and correct ZIP code
- Apartment, suite, unit number (if applicable)
- A delivery-friendly recipient name (matches mailbox when possible)
- A phone number when available (helps carriers with delivery questions)
If you notice an address error, contact me immediately. I’ll do my best to update it before processing begins. Once an order is already in transit, address changes may not be possible through the carrier.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, try the steps below before reaching out:
- Check around the delivery area (front porch, side door, garage, mailbox)
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff/mailroom
- Look for a carrier notice or locker key
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to the carrier due to an incomplete address, refusal, or an undeliverable location, I can help review options once tracking confirms its status. The fastest way to prevent this is to verify address details carefully at checkout.
