After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder and search your inbox for the store name or your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to correct your size, color, or shipping address, contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to update the order before it begins processing. Once an order is in transit, changes may no longer be possible, but I can still help you with next steps.

Payment methods

I accept common secure payment options supported by the store checkout. If a payment fails, try a different method or verify your billing details (name, address, ZIP) match what your bank has on file.

Delivery timeline

Most orders arrive within 7–15 calendar days. Delivery times can vary due to peak seasons, local carrier schedules, or weather events, but I’ll always help you track progress and confirm the latest status.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking update. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement—this is normal while the carrier scans the package into their network.

Address tips (to avoid delays)

  • Double-check apartment/unit numbers and ZIP code
  • Use a delivery-friendly name (matches mailbox if possible)
  • If you’re gifting, include the recipient’s phone number when available

What if my package shows “delivered” but I can’t find it?

First, check around the delivery area (porch, side door, mailroom, locker) and ask household members or building staff. If it’s still missing, contact me and I’ll help you start the right follow-up steps.

Returns & Exchanges

30-day free returns & exchanges

I offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If the fit isn’t right or you simply change your mind, I’ll guide you through a smooth process.

What qualifies for a return or exchange?

  • Items should be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of damage
  • Packaging should be included when possible
  • For hygiene and safety, certain items may have additional conditions (noted on the product page)

Refund timing

After the return is received and reviewed, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Banks may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchange guidance (sizing)

If you’re between sizes, I generally recommend sizing up for comfort—especially for active kids or thicker socks. For soft booties and socks, a gentle stretch fit can accommodate growth while staying in place.

For most styles, gentle spot-cleaning is best. Use a soft cloth, mild soap, and cool water. Avoid harsh scrubbing to help preserve texture and color.

Drying

Air-dry naturally away from direct heat or strong sunlight. This helps maintain shape and keeps materials comfortable over time.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. If possible, keep pairs together and avoid heavy pressure on soft materials to prevent creasing.

Normal wear

Kids move fast—scuffs and light signs of wear are expected with everyday play. If you notice an issue that seems unusual, contact me and I’ll help troubleshoot.

Growing feet need room to move. I aim for a secure feel without squeezing, with balanced toe space and a stable fit that holds during everyday movement.

If you’re between sizes

Choose the larger size for comfort. It’s the easiest way to keep toes relaxed while still maintaining a steady fit.

Measuring at home

Measure feet at the end of the day when they’re most expanded. Use a sheet of paper, trace the foot, and measure heel-to-toe length. Compare with the size guidance on the product page.

Socks & soft booties

A gentle stretch fit helps accommodate growth while staying in place. If you prefer extra wiggle room, size up.

If you want a second opinion before ordering, send the child’s age (or approximate foot length), the style you’re considering, and whether you’ll wear thin or thick socks. I’ll help you choose confidently.
